Chrissy, RVT, VTS in Dentistry

Born and raised in Albuquerque, Chrissy studied at New Mexico State University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in animal science in 2008 and then attended Central New Mexico Community College and earned an associate degree in veterinary technology in 2010. She has worked a mix of general practice, emergency, and exotics before joining the Veterinary Dentistry team in 2016. In 2022, she earned her veterinary technician specialist (VTS) license in dentistry. When Chrissy isn’t working for our patients, she enjoys spending time with her husband Matt, their two kids, and six cats. She also enjoys doing cross stitch, baking, running, and playing kickball.


Dorothy, RVT

Dorothy joined the Veterinary Dentistry team in 2017. She has been a registered veterinary technician in the state of New Mexico since 2006. She has worked in both veterinary emergency and general practice. She holds a Bachelor of Science in General Biology with a minor in Agriculture from Fort Lewis College and an Associate of Applied Science in Veterinary Technology from Maple Woods Community College. On her days off she enjoys traveling with her husband Philbert and spending time with her family and 2 cats (Nizhoni and Dory). She also enjoys baking, sewing, and watching movies.


Angelina, RVT

Angelina graduated from Central New Mexico Community College in 2010 with an associate degree in veterinary technology. She has worked as an RVT with a mix of equine, livestock, and companion animals for 12 years before she joined the Veterinary Dentistry team in 2022. Since she was little, she has had a passion for helping all animals and loves being able to play a part in taking care of clients and their precious pets on a daily basis. In her free time, she enjoys riding horses, making jewelry, spending time with her 4 dogs, and playing the guitar.


Matthew, RVT

Matthew was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He pursued a degree in veterinary technology from CNM and graduated in 2016. After working in general practice with small animals and exotics for six years, he made the switch to VDOSNM in October of 2022. Matthew has two labradors and two shelter cats at home. He loves the outdoors, sports, board games, movies, books, and breweries. He is excited to help give your animals the best dental care possible!
