Pam, Lead Customer Service Representative
Pam grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada. Prior to moving to Albuquerque in 2007, Pam worked as the Office Manager for a small veterinary practice. Pam started working at a veterinary hospital as the Client Service Coordinator soon after moving here. In 2008 she transferred to a larger hybrid hospital later accepting the position of Office Manager. Prior to working in the veterinary field Pam worked for nine years as the preschool director for a gymnastics school. Pam joined Veterinary Dentistry and Oral Surgery of NM in May 2022 and is excited to be a part of this skilled and compassionate team.
Pam is married to a New Mexico native and moved here with him to be closer to family. She enjoys the food, culture, and outdoor beauty that New Mexico has to offer. They have two beautiful daughters Summer and Violet. The family is completed by two rescued pit bulls Cisco and Zana. For fun they enjoy swimming, camping, and attending their daughters’ volleyball and gymnastics games.
Destiny, Customer Service Representative
Destiny is a Customer Service Representative whose passion is helping animals. She began her journey in the veterinary field as a veterinary receptionist in early 2019 and is now working on becoming a Registered Veterinary Technician. She knew she wanted to work with animals since she was a little girl. Destiny has been with VDOSNM since April 2022. In Destiny’s spare time, she enjoys hiking, snowboarding, painting, camping, and playing video games. Destiny has two fur babies of her own, a Husky named Pikachu and a cat named Athena.
Kaitlynn, Customer Service Representative
Kaitlynn has always been passionate about animals and began her journey working with them in 2019 while going to school for dental assisting. Kaitlynn joined Veterinary Dentistry and Oral Surgery of New Mexico in April 2022, excited to combine her passion for animals and dentistry. Kaitlynn is currently in school working to obtain a bachelor’s degree in psychology. In her spare time, Kaitlynn enjoys reading, being outside with her dog, and watching movies with her two cats.
Cheyenne, Customer Service Representative
Cheyenne has always been an animal lover and grew up around both large and small animals. She began her career in veterinary field in 2020 and joined the team at Veterinary Dentistry in March of 2023. In her free time, Cheyenne enjoys flyfishing, camping, snowboarding, golfing, and hiking with her dogs. Cheyenne is currently enrolled in school and working toward obtaining a bachelor’s degree in psychology.
